Mahindra conquers Indian roads

Mahindra conquers the Indian roads in SUV segment with many vehicles such as scorpio, Bolero, Xylo and a very portable and beautiful XUV 500. And then the mahindra is ready to launch new segments such as s101 and s102.

They were testing S101 on Chennai roads and revealed a portable profile. On  that test view  mirror only on driver side that is on right side. The same test mule also has what looks like a hastily put together headlamp cluster,as prototypes have not neared  to the final phase of development.

  The new s101 is expected to use a monocoque chassis that has been developed by mahindra in partnership with Ssangyong. It is expected to come with petrol engine. This MPV will come to compete with an popular companies such has Ford Escort , Renault Duster , Nissan Terrano and Hyundai's latest launch-Santa Fe.

That's not all th company is also rumored to be working on a new s102 SUV. According to carDekho, to gain from maximum excise duty benefit, the s1012 could be placed in under sub-four meter category while the s102 will be a bit longer. the two SUVs could actually land on roads in 2015.
